Reporting in Reservations
Essentials Edition includes a tool that can be used to create, edit, and print reports: Report Manager. You can access Report Manager from within the action menus in Reservations. After clicking the Report option in the action menu, the Reporting window opens. This window includes a User reports tab and, in specific places in Reservations, a System reports tab.
The User reports tab provides access to functionality with which you can create your own report definitions.
For details on creating user report definitions, refer to Reports .The System reports tab provides access to system reports that are preprogrammed for Reservations by Planon. You cannot modify a system report's design, but you can make several settings concerning the presentation and output of a system report.
