Logging in
To log in to Planon Web Client
Procedure
1. Click the URL of the Planon Web Client.
2. On the login screen, enter your user name and password.
3. Click Login.
The login page will be displayed in the language of the browser. If this language is not supported, the login page will default be displayed in English.If your password is reset, depending on the password settings, you will be prompted to change your password at the time of log in. The following change password screen is displayed.
• In the Current password field, enter your password.
• In the New password field, enter your new password.
• In the Confirm new password field, retype your new password for confirmation.
• Click OK. You can now log in with your changed password.
